1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services (web/app development, SEO, and marketing), refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The service has not been initiated within 7 days of payment.
- The project is canceled before any significant development/design/marketing work begins.
- The request is made within 14 days of payment and there is a valid reason (such as non-delivery).
Refunds will not be issued:
- After project deliverables are shared.
- If the client delays or stops communication.
- If third-party tools/services or ads budgets are already spent.
2. Cancellations
- Clients may request project cancellation in writing via email to support@builtonus.com.
- Any work completed until the date of cancellation will be chargeable.
- In retainer/monthly plans, cancellation must be notified 7 days before the next billing cycle.
